How to Subscribe
Our existing members, subscribers and Friends are being contacted by post or email during June, to invite them to renew. New subscribers are welcome to join up until 31 July.
If you need a form, click the DOWNLOAD button below. You can fill in the form electronically; just open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader, and start typing in the highlighted fields (e.g. number of tickets required). When you’ve finished just save it and then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org . You can also print the form and post it to us if you would prefer. You can pay either by bank transfer or cheque. Instructions are on the 2nd page of the form.
If you’ve downloaded the brochure however would like a printed copy, then you can pick one up at our concerts, or email us at email@example.com and we’ll post one to you.
If you are an existing member we will try to re-allocate the same seat to you, however this is not always possible. If you want to move your seat then tell us and we’ll do what we can to help. Any special requests or queries can either be entered on the form or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org .
We will start processing applications from 1 June. We aim to email or post your tickets back to you within a week of receiving your application and payment. We cannot accept requests for subscriptions after 31 July. All unsold tickets go on sale to the public on 1 September via our website.

ACCESSIBILTY: We will do our best to meet your preference for seats, within the limits of the Westmorland Hall, and subject to availability. Regrettably the venue was designed in less enlightened times and is challenging for people with mobility issues. For the 2019/20 season we will have increased numbers of wheelchair / reduced mobility seats in the ‘Area’ seating on the flat area close to the stage. These are reservable – please contact us for details. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve special parking places in advance.
