Symphony No. 2 in C minor |

Mozart's
vivacious 'Turkish' Violin Concerto serves as a starter course for the main dish
of the evening, Bruckner's magnificent and majestic Second Symphony, at the time
of composition one of the longest symphonies ever composed, weighing in at
around 65 minutes.
Bruckner is not heard as frequently as he used to be in the
concert hall so this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The Northern Sinfonia's C-Leader, Bradley Creswick, is always
a favourite with Kendal audiences.
